400 g tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1 zucchini
1 carrot
20 g celery

  1. Chop onion

  2. Grate Zucchini & carrot

  3. Bung everything in a fry pan with the oil for about 10 minutes

  4. Add other stuff (spices / meat etc)
