Onion soup -easily made. Good for a liquid diet. About 4-6 servings.

Recipe Ingredients for onion soup

4 carrot Carrots
1 large Onions
1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached

Recipe Directions for onion soup

dice onions, cut carrots into small pieces. Oil pot, add onions and boil with a little water, add carrots, add water, add a little salt. Boil/simmer until vegetables are soft. Pour mixture into a blender & blend until liquefied or until carrots and onions are small bits. Pour the blend back into a pot on a low simmer. In a pan, pour a cup of flour and stir slowly (do not burn -turn heat down if necessary) until golden brownish. Add into pot and stir, mix well. Add water when necessary, turn up heat. End color should be that of a pumpkin/squash. Enjoy :)
