Low fat snack to replace the deep fry onion rings

Recipe Ingredients for Onion rings(low fat)

1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions
20 grams oatmeal(fine)
1 tsp Garlic
2 large Egg, White

Recipe Directions for Onion rings(low fat)

  1. grind 20 grams of oats into a powder.

  2. In a medium bowl pour 1/3 cup of water(or skim milk) and add 2 egg whites.

  3. Cut the Onion into rings and coath them in the bowl then in the oats(use spices of your choice).

  4. After all are coathed put them on a baking plate and in the oven 450F for 10 min.
