Low calorie, large serving onion rings!

Recipe Ingredients for Onion Rings

0.88 medium White Onion
0.13 cup Original Cereal
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Onion Powder
1 dash Salt, Table
0.05 cup Egg Beaters

Recipe Directions for Onion Rings

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and spray a baking sheet with pam.

  2. Blend 1/2 cup of cereal in a blender until sand-like consistency and mix with salt and spices.

  3. Slice onion into 1/2" rings and seperate.

  4. Dip each ring into 1/4 cup of egg whites and then breadcrumb mixture.

  5. Place each ring onto greased baking sheet and place in oven for 10 minutes, then carefully flip each ring and allow to bake for another 5 minutes.
