Recipe Ingredients for Onion Rings

1 medium onion, mayan sweet
1 c organic flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch seasoning salt
2 eggs
1 pinch water
1/10 ounce lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Onion Rings

  1. Mix eggs, water, lemon juice until correct consistency for coating onions.

  2. In separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, seasoning and pepper.

  3. Slice onion into 1/4 to 1/2 inch rings, separate rings.

  4. Coat rings in egg mixture, coat in flour mixture.

  5. Fry in vegetable or canola oil over medium heat until golden (not added to list because minimal oil is soaked into food and consumed).
