Recipe Ingredients for Onion Rings - ONLY 2 WW Points!

14 1/2 g All-Bran Flakes
1/4 cup EggBeaters
1 medium onion

Recipe Directions for Onion Rings - ONLY 2 WW Points!

Preheat oven to 425*. Place cereal in a zip-log bag, flatten and squish until near-powder consistency. Cut up the onion into rings. Dip each ring into Egg Beaters and then dip into cereal until well coated. Lay them single layer on a cookie sheet and pop into the oven for about 10 minutes or until crispy. Serves 1.
