Rice with sauted onions and red peppers.

Recipe Ingredients for Onion & Pepper Rice Pilaf

4 cups water
2 cups white rice
2 onions, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp oil
235 g chicken tenders
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1 Salt

Recipe Directions for Onion & Pepper Rice Pilaf

  1. Set chicken out to thaw.

  2. Boil water in a pot. When it is boiling, add the rice. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

  3. While doing that, put oil in pan at medium-low. Chop up onions, peppers, and chicken. When the pan is ready put these 3 ingredients in and sauté till it is all done. Then sprinkle paprika over the top and mix.

  4. Combine and add salt to taste.
