Recipe Ingredients for onion omlette

2 egg whites, 1/4 cup mushrooms, 1/4 cup red onion, 2 tbsp fat free cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp avacado, 1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for onion omlette

cut up onion and mushroom as large or small as you wish, carmalize in pan with tbsp oil. Add egg whites and cook over medium heat until almost cooked through, season to taste. Flip, add cheese and avacado slices to one side of egg mixture. Fold empty side onto full side, remove, plate, and enjoy!
