had a really nasty time sizing these ingredients, so here thay are in plain english: 4 chicken breast halves. . 1 can cream of mushroom soup (condensed). . Half a pakage of lipton dry onion soup mix . . 1/4 cup skim milk. . These ingredients are exactly the same as the ones that were analyzed. I had a hard time sizing everything. The analyzer only wanted to recognize 2 whole breasts instead of the 4 chicken breast halves. . . . Calories consumed will be less than this because you probably will not eat all the sauce or gravy. You will probably only take in about 200 cal at most. so when logging this recipe, log in 0.8 of a serving and you should get about 193 calories. . . Super easy and really yummy comfort food. Serve on rice or egg noodles or mashed potatoes if desired. . . . PS can be reduced in colories if you use fat free/ low fat cream of mushroom soup.
