2 large Egg, Whole
2 tbsp chopped Onions
10 pieces Morel Mushrooms
2 serving Organic Olive Oil Cooking Spray
1 clove Garlic
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for onion and mushroom omelette

  1. spray pam in spray

  2. add in chopped up mushrooms and onions

  3. let brown slightly

  4. pour over two beat eggs mixture with salt

  5. fry until cooked

  6. serve
