Onion and Herb chicken stock soup

Recipe Ingredients for Onion & Herb soup

5 serving Instant Broth and Seasoning Sodium Free Bouillon Packets Chicken
4 serving Low sodium chicken broth (Trader Joes's)
2 cup slices Carrots
2 medium Onions
2 tsp Dill Weed
1 tsp Spices Celery Seeds
1 tsp Grilling Blends
0.13 cup Tomato Flakes
1 oz Carrot Flakes Organic
0.13 cup Green Cabbage Flakes
0.5 tbsp Sage, Ground
10 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Onion & Herb soup

  1. Slice onion very thin and saute in olive oil in the bottom of the stock pot.

  2. Add all of the spices and about 1/2 cup of the chicken broth and reduce by about half. Add all of the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 2-3 hours.
