Raised onion, dill and garlic buns. With fresh dill, an excellent, clean, fresh bun with a crispy outside and soft delicious center.

Recipe Ingredients for Onion dill buns

2 pkg dry yeast
3 cups water
1/4 cup sugar
4 eggs
2/3 cups oil
1 tsp salt
8 cups flour
3 garlic cloves
1 medium onion
1 cup dill

Recipe Directions for Onion dill buns

Sprinkle yeast over 1 cup warm water and teaspoon of sugar for 10 minutes. Mix eggs, salt, oil, dill, garlic and shredded onion together. Add yeast. Slowly mix in flour. knead dough and let raise once in a warm place until double in bulk. Punch down and make buns in muffin tins, let rise again until double. Bake in 375 oven for about 15 minutes.
