Recipe Ingredients for Onion Coated baked Chicken Breast

1 1/2 lb skinless chicken Breast
1 cup Frenchs French Fried Onions Original
1/2 cup flour
1 egg
1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
1 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
1 teaspoon sage

Recipe Directions for Onion Coated baked Chicken Breast

Put the onions, flour and all seasonings into a food processor and blitz until the it resembles course corn meal. Beat egg. Slice the chicken breast in half, leaving a thinner piece, dip in egg then dip in the onion mixture, place this on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until meat thermomitor reaches 180 degrees.
