Recipe Ingredients for Onion and Broccoli Omelet

2 Eggs
1/4 cup of Broccoli
2 tablespoons of diced onion
1 tablespoon of Ketchup
1 teaspoon of Tabasco Sauce
1 tablespoon of Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Onion and Broccoli Omelet

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the onion and broccoli

  2. sauté until tender but no smoochy, remove from pan.

  3. Scramble the eggs and then add to pan. Cook egg then add veggies and fold.

  4. Mix ketchup and tabasco sauce together and put on top.

  5. Enjoy!
