This is an estimate of the real recipe that has ground sunflower seeds, flax seeds, Nama Shoyu (1 1/4lb onion), and agave nectar It makes 1.5 trays of product = about 37 1" x 2.5/3" pieces

1 1/4 sweet onions
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
8 tbsp ground flax seeds
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 oz Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Honey

Recipe Directions for Onion Bread (in the Dehydrator) *Amazing oniony flavor*

  1. process onions on an 's' blade so they are chopped fine, but not mushy, then combine all the ingredients in a bow. mix well, then with wet hands lay out on tray (if not teflex, use parchment paper)

  2. put in dehydrator on 145 degrees for 1 hour, then lower to 115 degrees for about 6 hours, then flip it over and dehydrate for another 6-8 hours (or until dry). break into pieces or use pizza cutter and store in airtight container.

  3. it's more like a cracker than bread - from the Cafe Gratitude Raw food cook book.
