Recipe Ingredients for Onigiri (umeboshi)

0.5 cup Rice, White, Short-grain, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Onigiri (umeboshi)

  1. Take about 1/2 cup cooked Japanese sticky rice.

  2. Dampen your hands and sprinkle them with salt, then take the rice into your hands.

  3. Make a dent in the rice with your thumb and insert the umiboshi (or other filling)

  4. Form the rice into a triangular ball shape

  5. Wrap the rice ball with a sheet of nori
