Recipe Ingredients for One4zoey

1 cup all purpose flour
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup skim milk
100 ml oil

Recipe Directions for One4zoey

  1. put iron griddle on very low heat. measure flours into a sifter, add baking powder and salt. Sift into a mixing bowl and add sugar. Mix with a fork.

  2. In another bowl beat eggs until foamy. Add milk and continue beating. Finally add oil. and beat until mixed.

  3. Pour into your dry ingredients and continue mixing until smooth.
