One Skillet Spaghetti (Mom's recipe)

Recipe Ingredients for One Skillet Spaghetti

16 oz ground beef
1 c onion
7 oz egg noodles (elbow)
14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes
3/4 c sweet green pepper
1/2 c water
4 oz canned mushrooms
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
4 oz crystal farms cheddar cheese
15 oz tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for One Skillet Spaghetti

  1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef, onions; and drain.

  2. Stir in uncooked noodles, diced tomatoes, green pepper, water, mushrooms, chili powder, oregano, sugar, and salt.

  3. Bring to boil.

  4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until noodles are tender.

  5. Sprinkle with cheese, cover and heat until cheese is melted.
