Easy baked one-dish dinner. Serve over couscous or rice if desired.

Recipe Ingredients for ONE-SHOT DINNER

10 oz Sausage, Turkey, Hot, Smoked
2 medium (3") Apples, peeled, cored chopped
1 1/2 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweetpotato, peeled and chopped
1/2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, chopped
1 small Peppers, Sweet, Red, chopped
1 dash Salt, Table
1/4 tsp Pepper, Black
1/2 tsp Spices Thyme Leaves

Recipe Directions for ONE-SHOT DINNER

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F

  2. Lightly grease a large casserole dish or roasting pan

  3. Prick sausages with fork and arrange in bottom of pan

  4. Arrange apples, yams, onions, and red pepper around the sausages.

  5. Sprinkle all with salt to taste, pepper, and thyme leaves

  6. Bake, turning vegetable occasionally and sausages at least once, for 45 minutes or until done
