An easy recipe. Add zereshk (barberry) to the top for a nice sour taste if you have them.

Recipe Ingredients for One Pot Tuna and Dill Casserole

1 cup short grained rice, uncooked
1/2 cup Chunk Light Tuna in Spring Water
1/4 cup dill
1/2 tbsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for One Pot Tuna and Dill Casserole

  1. In a rice cooker, add one cup rice, one cup of water, 1/2 cup of tuna, 1/4 cup dill, and 1/2 tbsp oil.

  2. Put the rice cooker on high.

  3. When it finishes, serve on a plate. Sautee some zereshk (barberry) in a little oil and sprinkle on top of the rice.
