Recipe Ingredients for One-pot cabbage, potatoes & beans

8 cup, shredded Cabbage, Cooked
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
16 oz Red Potato
14 oz Cannellini White Kidney Beans

Recipe Directions for One-pot cabbage, potatoes & beans

Heat oil, med. heat, add onion, stir/cook 3 mins. Add cabbage,stir about 4 mins. Add 1 1/2 tsps dried thyme, 1/2 tsp caraway seeds, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper and stir constantly until fragrant 30 seconds. Stir in beans and peeled potatoes (cut into 1/2 inch pieces). Bring to simmer. Reduce heat and cook, covered, stirrin occasionally about 40 mintues
