Weight Watcher 1 point Fiber Muffins

Recipe Ingredients for One Point Muffins

3 cups Kellogg's All Bran Original
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
20 1/2 oz Brownie Mix Low Fat Fudge Brownies
9 oz Semi-Sweet Morsels

Recipe Directions for One Point Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Combine all bran, water and baking powder and let sit for 5 min.

  3. Add brownie mix and 2/3 c water.

  4. Add chocolate chips.

  5. Bake 23-25 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
