Very easy and light main dish. 15-20 minutes.

Recipe Ingredients for One Pan Potatoes and Chicken Rosemary

4 red potatoes
1 lb. boneless chicken breast
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. ground rosemary

Recipe Directions for One Pan Potatoes and Chicken Rosemary

  1. Slice potatoes 1/8 thick. Microwave 8-10 minutes or until tender. (You can also microwave the potatoes whole before slicing).

  2. While potatoes cook, in a large skillet toss and brown chicken and garlic in oil over light heat.

  3. Add potatoes and rosemary.

  4. Saute and toss until potatoes are lightly browned.

  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
