Banana nut bread made in loaf pan with Bisquick.

Recipe Ingredients for One Pan Banana Bread

1/3 c. vegetable oil
3 large bananas
1/2 t. vanilla
3 eggs
2 1/3 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Recipe Directions for One Pan Banana Bread

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease bottom of loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches. stir all ingredients in pan with fork until moisteneed; heat vigorously 1 minute. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 65 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Run knife or metal spatula around sides of loaf to loosen; remove from pan. (If loaf sticks to pan, press gently on sides of loaf with knife or metal spatula). Yields 1 loaf.
