Serves: 1 Ingredients: 2 tablespoons flax meal 2 tablespoons protein powder (we used vanilla brown rice protein) 2 egg whites 1 tablespoon Erythritol sugar 1/2 teaspoon cardamom

2 tbsp Organic Flax Seed Meal
0.5 oz Brown Rice Protein
2 large Egg, White
0.5 tsp, ground Cardamom
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for one minute protein egg white muffin

  2. Place all ingredients into a glass cup. I used a glass measuring cup.

  3. Stir together.

  4. Place glass cup into microwave for about 1 minute and 30 seconds. Time will vary depending on your microwave. So start with just one minute and go from there.
