A really high fiber, low carb muffin. Doesn't taste amazing, but it's a great source of fiber and tastes pretty good with some peanut butter on it

1 packet Stevia
1 tsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 tsp cinnamon
