Recipe Ingredients for One Egg Omelet

1 large egg
1/3 cup bell peppers, chopped
1/4 cup red or white onions, chopped
25 g light cheese
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for One Egg Omelet

Grill veggies and set aside. Scoop beaten egg onto frying pan that has been heated to medium heat and cook till solid. Flip egg over and sprinkle grated cheese over entire surface. Place veggies on half and fold egg over on top of veggies. Grill for another 1-2 minutes till the cheese melts. Serve immediately.
