Low calorie breakfast that is filling, tastes great and is easy to prepare. Grapes help the sweet-tooth in the morning instead of jelly-toast.

Recipe Ingredients for One-Egg Breakfast

1 egg
1 slice bread, wheat
1/2 tsp butter
1 slice ham
1 tsp chives
1/2 tomato
1 tsp dill
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 salt and pepper
20 grapes

Recipe Directions for One-Egg Breakfast

  1. cube tomato to make a 'salsa' adding dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper

  2. warm ham in pan

  3. fry egg in the butter in same pan

  4. add ham and egg to toasted bread

  5. top with chives

  6. enjoy with grapes
