Sure it's high in calories, but cocoa is good for the soul. ;) Sometimes, we have to have our treats, or our treats become cheats!

Recipe Ingredients for One-Cup Cocoa

5 g cocoa
1 tbsp sugar
3/4 cup whole milk
1 dash salt
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for One-Cup Cocoa

  1. In a coffee mug, mix cocoa (5g is one tbsp), sugar and salt. Stir until mixed. Add 1/2 cup of the milk. Microwave 1 to 2 minutes until HOT. Add the remainder of the milk and the vanilla.

  2. Top with a marshmallow for an extra 25 calories.
