Adopted from an RV recipe website. I eliminated the salt and substituted the sugar for Splenda

Recipe Ingredients for One Biscuit is all you need

1/2 c flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 T splenda
1 1/2 t smart balance

Recipe Directions for One Biscuit is all you need

  1. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 400.

  2. Mix dry ingredients first. Use fork to cut the smart balance.

  3. Then add enough water to moisten. Cut into 2 pieces and bake 10-15 minutes until done.
