Mushroom, Onion and celery omlette

Recipe Ingredients for Omlette

3 large Egg, Whole
4 tbsp chopped Onions
1 mushroom Mushrooms
1 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
2 tbsp Celery

Recipe Directions for Omlette

Chop onion, mushrooms and celery, place on hot frying pan. cook for appro 3-4 mins the add beaten eggs. add cheese as necessary. fold omlette and serve.
