Recipe Ingredients for Omlette with mushrooms and onions

6 large Egg, White
4 large Egg, Yolk
300 grams Mushrooms
2 medium Onions

Recipe Directions for Omlette with mushrooms and onions

Put on chopped onion on the pan while its heating. Stir a bit and put on a lid, so that the onion does not stick to the pan. Add sliced mushrooms, stir and cover them again. Add eggs, spice it up to the taste and decorate with parsley if you like. Enjoy.
