Recipe Ingredients for Omlet, Tomato and Cheese

3 large eggs
1 oz parmesan cheese grated
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup chopped tomato

Recipe Directions for Omlet, Tomato and Cheese

  1. Whisk eggs

  2. Cook eggs in pan until firm

  3. Turn eggs, add veggies and cheese.

  4. Fold omlet and warm through

  5. Cut in half and serve
