Chopped Omlet with bacon there shouln't be as many calories and the fat content as we are draining off all the fat, and taking a paper towel to soak off any bacon fat off the bacon and out of the fry pan.

Recipe Ingredients for Omlet

4 egg whites
60 grams red pepper
60 grams chopped onion
60 grams broccoli
60 grams shredded cheese
60 grams bacon

Recipe Directions for Omlet

  1. chop ingredients

  2. fry bacon and drain off all fat

  3. mix egg whites with vegetables

  4. add to fried bacon in fry pan
