Recipe Ingredients for omelette, vegetable

2 1tsp Olive Oil
1 large Egg, White
1 medium Egg, Whole
0.19 cup, chopped Carrots
0.17 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
0.25 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
0.25 cup, chopped Broccoli
2 clove Garlic
0.17 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for omelette, vegetable

  1. Dice the vegetables

  2. Stir fry in olive oil

  3. Removethe yoke from one egg

  4. Mix the eggs, milk and seasoning

  5. Cook until the eggs are firm
