This is a nice-looking, but not too healthy omelet that can go good as a breakfast.

Recipe Ingredients for Omelette with tomatoes and sausage

3 eggs, boiled
2 tomatoes, peeled, boiled
50 g sausage, boiled

Recipe Directions for Omelette with tomatoes and sausage

  1. Peel tomatoes (it's useful to throw them into boiling water for a couple of seconds first, then peel).

  2. Mix raw eggs, chopped tomatoes and chopped sausages.

  3. Pour it all into a frying pan.

  4. Cook for approx 8 min.
