Recipe Ingredients for Omelette Sandwich

1 large Egg, White
1 large Egg, Whole
1 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Pork, Cured, Bacon
1 tbsp Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 tbsp chopped(15 g) Onions
1 2/5 grams Garlic
0.063 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 muffin English Muffin
0.5 tbsp ICBINB! Regular (Stick)

Recipe Directions for Omelette Sandwich

  1. In a medium saucepan, fry the bacon and set aside to drain.

  2. In the drippings, fry the onions, peppers, and garlic.

  3. Separate one egg white, and mix with one whole egg.

  4. Add vegetables to egg mixture and add to pan.

  5. Fry until egg begins to set and add cheese and bacon.

  6. Fold in 1/2 and turn as necessary.

  7. Toast muffin, add spread, and add omelette.
