Recipe Ingredients for Omelette

3 large Egg, White
35 grams Onions
10 grams Bell Pepper Green
12 slice Mushrooms
1.5 cup Spinach
0.05 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid

Recipe Directions for Omelette

  1. whisk 3 eggwhites with tsp skim milk

  2. cut up all veggies

  3. put skillet on and turn on burners AFTER everything is whisked and cut up

  4. put some Pam on the skillet so nothing sticks

  5. when it's hot, put on the eggs

  6. when the eggs have cooked enough, put on veggies
