1 large Egg, White
1 small Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 small whole (2-2/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 slice, medium (1/8" thick)(14 g) Onions
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Omelette

fry onion until caramelized. add green pepper, mushroom and tomato. Add eggs. Fold omelette in half once half cooked.
