Recipe Ingredients for omelette

2 large Egg, Whole
1 cup pieces Mushrooms
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
50 grams Courgette and Sweetcorn Fresh 'n' Ready
10 grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for omelette

soften the vegatables in the oil. Then pour mixed up eggs into a pan wait a minute or two and add the vegetables. Flip over after a couple of minutes.
