75 g kashkaval
2 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup 2% milk
1 onion, small
40 g mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Omelette

Lightly beat the eggs with the milk. Add the cheese, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt & pepper. Saue the onions with the mushrooms, then add the egg mixture.
