5 ea. Raw Tomato Cherry
0.13 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
1 oz McCain Seasoned Spirals Skin-on Potatoes

Recipe Directions for Omelette

Dice and brown eggplant and potatoes. Add tomatoes, peppers. Season with basil. Add filling to omelette.
