Very Delicious omelett and low carb

Recipe Ingredients for omelette

1 egg
1/2 tsp olive oil
1/2 avocado
1 tbs salsa
1 oz pepper jack cheese

Recipe Directions for omelette

  1. heat oil on medium

  2. smash avocado and salsa

  3. beat egg, add to oil and swirl in small pan

  4. add cheese and avocado on half of egg

  5. fold in half and cook through

  6. slide out on plate
