Recipe Ingredients for Omelette - quick mushroom, corn & cheese

70 g Egg, Whole
25 g Q Extra Light Milk
1 pinch salt
1 pinch lemon pepper
1 pinch parsley
1 pinch chopped chives
25 g mushrooms, sliced
10 g canned corn
17 g SYNN´┐ŻE Lett Gulost

Recipe Directions for Omelette - quick mushroom, corn & cheese

  1. Heat oil in small frying pan.

  2. Whisk egg and milk. Pour into pan. Season.

  3. Lay mushroom slices, corn and cheese on one half.

  4. When almost set, fold. Cook for 1 min. Flip and cook for 1min.

  5. Serve.
