1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup peppers
2 tbsp butter
4 eggs
1 slice cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for omelette pepper onion

  1. saute chopped onions and peppers in butter

  2. mix eggs in a bowl

  3. spread fried vegetables around pan

  4. add eggs mixture to coat all veggies

  5. add slice of cheese across the top

  6. when egg-veg mixture is set, fold in half

  7. serve with sliced, raw tomatoes
