2 large Egg, Whole
60 grams Skim Milk Fat Free
1 cup pieces Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for omelette mushroom

lightly whisk two eggs and a tablespoon of skim milk. Spray a teflon frypan lightly. Cook the omelette on a medium heat. In a separate pan, spray lightly with light oil and gently saute mushrooms.
