Huge cheese Omelete with peppers and garlic

Recipe Ingredients for Omelete

2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
6 large Egg, Whole
0.5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
2 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Omelete

  1. Mix eggs together. Season to taste.

  2. Place eggs in pan. Cook on medium for 4 min.

  3. Place cheese, peppers and garlic on one half of eggs. Folder other half of eggs over. Continue to cook on medium for 5 min. Flip onto other side. Cook for 5 additional minutes or until cooked through.

  4. Enjoy!
