1/4 cup red pepper
1/4 cup green pepper
1 slice red onion
1 tbsp colby cheese
1/2 cup egg beaters

Recipe Directions for Omelet, vegi no meat

  1. dice all peppers

  2. shred cheese

  3. dice onion

  4. cook eggs till half way done, add already cooked peppers and onion, wait 1 minute, add cheese, flip sides together
