2 large Eggs
1/4 cup asparagus
3/20 cup celery
3/20 cup green pepper
3/20 cup onion
1/4 cup mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Omelet, Vegetable

  1. beat two large eggs

  2. cut vegetables into small cubes

  3. sautee all vegetables in 1 tsp olive oil

  4. fry eggs in medium sized skillet

  5. add prepared vegetables

  6. fold & serve
