Recipe Ingredients for Omelet, Vegan tofu

1/2 package nasoya firm tofu
1 tbsp light soymilk
1/4 c (1 tbsp) nutritional yeast
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp tahini
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp turmeric
1 pinch paprika
1 1/2 oz (1/3 c) veggie shreds
1/4 c onions
1/4 bell peppers
1/4 c mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c spinach
2 tbsp Amy's medium salsa

Recipe Directions for Omelet, Vegan tofu

  1. blend the first nine ingredient in blender/food processor

  2. heat small skillet to medium heat

  3. spray pan with pam or olive oil

  4. saute veggies and set aside

  5. spray pan again

  6. pour half the mixture on the skillet and spread evenly on the bottom

  7. sprinkle cheese on top

  8. add veggies to half of the omelet

  9. when the bottom of the mixture has turned a golden brown and is firm enough to flip in one piece, fold in half

  10. cook on each side for a couple minutes

  11. serve and eat
